Resume Sourcing: We have paid for memberships on the major job boards so you don’t have to incur the cost. Send us your job description and for an hourly fee we will send you active candidates matching your requirements.

 

Resume Sourcing plus Pre-Qualification: This option saves you time. Send us up to 5 questions you would like us to ask candidates and we will only send you resumes of candidates who meet this criteria. More than 5 questions? No problem, send us your questions and one of our recruiters will speak with you to work out a program that meets your needs and budget. With this option, we can find both passive and active candidates using the latest techniques in internet and phone sourcing.

 

Permanent Placement Services: Our permanent placement service provides qualified candidates for clients to interview. We charge a competitive contingency fee if you hire one of our referrals. This fee is normally a percentage of the annual base starting salary and a guarantee period can be negotiated.

 

Executive Retained Searches: We offer a nationwide boutique service specializing in C-Level, Vice President and Director search. We can provide solutions for your search needs by finding the right professional for each and every position your company needs to fill. Contract-to-Hire: Our contract-to-hire service enables our clients to hire a consultant at an hourly rate. If the engagement is a success, and at any point during a contract, a client may hire the consultant full time.

 

Hourly Consulting: Our contract consulting service provides skilled candidates for temporary or project-based assignments. We provide candidates for your review. If you select one of the consultants we present, you pay a competitive hourly rate for the services provided.
