Key Duties & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will become a part of a team responsible for developing enterprise Java applications and common software components. This person should be able to exhibit highly disciplined software development practices including well-documented code, comprehensive testing scenarios, and be a team player. The candidate must be senior level J2EE developer with at least 7 years of Java and 2 years of .Net experience who is comfortable with learning new things and can shift between various tasks.

The primary responsibility is application development (design, code, test, and support) of quality enterprise Java and .Net. Additional duties may include participating in the research and development of new technologies and proposing new ideas.

Education:

Bachelors Degree or 7 years of equivalent work experience

Experience:

7+ years of J2EE development

2+ years of .Net development (will consider candidates with 6 months to a year of .Net programming experience)

Tech Skills:

Java, EJB, JSP, HTML/XML, OO, SQL, Web based development

Soft Skills:

Good oral and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications Education:

Sun Certified Java Developer
